• Identity and contact information: student and parent names, phone or WhatsApp numbers, email address, city, country and billing details where required.
• Education information: school, board or class, attendance, learning preferences, course progress, assessments, submissions and support history.
• Professional-service information: business or individual details and documents voluntarily supplied for accounting, taxation, compliance or advisory enquiries.
• Transaction information: order or reference number, amount, status, payment-provider identifiers, refund status and invoice details. We do not directly collect or store complete card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or banking passwords.
• Technical and attribution information: device or browser information, IP address where operationally or legally necessary, referral URL, cookies, campaign parameters and interaction logs.

6. WhatsApp and live classes

Joining an official WhatsApp group is voluntary. Other members may be able to see a participant’s phone number, profile name or image. Class links must not be forwarded. Live sessions may be recorded for enrolled learners.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and service. We retain information only for as long as reasonably required for the stated purpose, contractual administration, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, accounting, tax or legal obligations.
